Examinations:

• No charge for prescription rechecks within 3 months of collecting glasses made by us

Frames / Sunglasses:

• 1 Year warranty against defects in manufacture

Spectacle Lenses:

• 3 month remake warranty on prescription changes
• 3 month warranty on progressive lens adaptation difficulties
• 1 month "Satisfied or Exchange" warranty on Transition or anti-reflective lenses
• 2 Year warranty on all lens coatings, including hard and anti-reflective coatings
• 1 Year Anti-Scratch warranty on Essilor Crizal coated lenses. (Limit - once only!)

Disposable Contact Lenses:

• Any unopened, undamaged, and unexpired boxes purchased from us can be exchanged for a different power, or credited against a different lens design
• Any faulty lenses within a box will be exchanged, no questions asked

Rigid Contact Lenses/Ortho-K

• 50% refund on total fees if satisfactory fit not achieved
