MyDay MiSight Contact Lenses

We've been fans of the MiSight contact lens for myopia control since it's release.  It has proven to be a very effective way to slow the progression of myopia (short-sightedness), while still giving the wearer clear and comfortable vision.

We're pleased to announce that Coopervision have released the new generation of MiSight, in an upgraded lens material.  The MyDay material is Coopervision's premium daily disposable lens material, and is FAR more oxygen permeable than the Proclear material used for the original MiSight.  This allows the eye to breathe more easily, and reduces the (already low) risk of contact lens complications.

The myopia control aspect of the new lens is closely matched to the original MiSight, and has similar myopia control efficacy.

The benefit of the new material is in improved ocular health, and easier handling (it holds it's shape better).

Amazingly, the cost is the same!

We will be changing our MiSight wearers over to the new material over the next several months.  Book a time if you want to get this done quickly.
